VP of International Operations

* Reports to the President / CEO.

* Bi-lingual a plus (Mandarin preferred)

* Potential to work in Atlanta, Knoxville, or if Asia (Singapore/Hong Kong)

*  Prior experience in an international sales/training organization is preferred

* Must be a Christian, as this is a Christian Ministry organization

* Background or experience in ministry or missions is a plus, since most of the people this candidate will be dealing with globally will have that background.

* From the CEO:  "I want this person to be focused on sales and growth but a lot of their work will also be in the nurturing of a volunteers that are serving on the mission field.  I see this as 50% business and 50% mission work to some degree.  They need to be hard charging, energetic, self starters, that are results oriented that love challenges.  This will be a fluid and dynamic environment to work in.  People who are looking for slow paced, highly structured, laid back environment need not apply. "

* Pay based on experience.  (preferred $90-120K + bonus; could go a little higher for a star player)
